Allows the viewer to relocate the menu to a different position on the web page by using the 'drag and drop' technique.

When this feature is applied the user can drag the menu from its Title.

Tip:

Changing the <Movable> to "no" does not automatically change the <Title Cursor> from "move" to "default (arrow)". You may want to do this manually if you don't want the cursor to imply that the menu is movable.
