Hi
Please can someone try and help me.....
I purchased photo frameshow about two years ago.
My pc crashed and I had to reinstall and lost all of the frames. I have been trying to load new frames for the past year, but the subcategories won't load.
I have tried re-installing SO many times!
Now with the new website, we have to purchase credits? HELP please!
I have sent SO many emails asking for help but nobody gets back to me.

Hello Anita,
Our technical department is currently working on a new & improved version of Photo Frameshow that offers new features and deals with known bugs/issues.
Once this new version is released (more or less within a month) we shall notify all our users through our Photo Frame Show Community.

I think this web only buy I mean take money without taking or give us
the frame

I had the problem. Here is what you need to do: This is the email that Support sent me.

Thank you for your email.
We have shifted to an account based system which requires that you have an account in order to be able to download frames, purchase credits, get activation codes, etc.
As a registered user we have already created a Pro account from where you can activate your application.
To manage your Account, Activation Codes, Credits, etc. please login to your User Area:

Frames that used to be available in the system still CAN be downloaded.
Simply, we have added even more NEW frames – an average of about 800, but those need to be purchased.
Let me explain why…
The new frames are based on new designs and advanced techniques which in turn offer you higher quality results. This requires a team of experienced and creative designers that use different techniques/styles in order to offer you a wide range of tasteful and high quality frames to add to your photos.
To be able to continue developing and updating the frame gallery and offering our customers high quality frames, the designers need to be supported accordingly, which is why our system now supports a credit based pricing scheme which allows you to the purchase the new frames.
We simply need to be able to support our system in order to be able to offer you the best possible service.
Activation:
These are the steps for activating your application:
1. Make sure you have the latest version of Photo Frame Show (Go to Help->About). If you don’t already have the latest version please download from http://www.frameshow.com/download.htm and Install.
2. Get Installation ID
3. Log into your USER AREA, and click on the “Desktop Activation” option under the “Photo FrameShow Info” section.
To manage your Account, Activation Codes, Credits, etc. please login to your User Area:

4. Get Activation Code – Activate program
Copy and Paste the Installation ID to the relevant area:
Click on the “Get Activation Code” button
Go back to the Activation dialog and enter the User Name and Activation Code you just got
Click on the “Activate” button to complete the activation process

Once you get logged back in go to your user area, it will give you a link to click on for the frames that you already own. you will have to re-download them. If you are still having problems email me @ Giterdone1968@aol.com and I will forward the original email that SUPPORT sent me. It has some pics that guide you thru what you need to do that didn't show up on this reply. I hope this helps. If not please email me.
