I'm trying to reinstall the desktop application and i don't understand how too. Need help please i already have a pro account but the basic account won't activate on the desktop.

Hello,
We have answered your inquiry via email, however we are posting the answer here as well for reference.
You need to LOG into your User Area account using your BASIC account info, and then activate your Pro account from within the account. After you do this you will be able to get an Activation Code.
These are the steps for activating your application:
1. Make sure you have the latest version of Photo Frame Show (Go to Help->About). If you don’t already have the latest version please download from http://www.frameshow.com/download.htm (http://www.frameshow.com/photoframecommunity/../download.htm) and Install.
2. Get Installation ID

3. Log into your Pro account USER AREA, and click on the “Desktop Activation” option under the “Photo Frame Show Info” section.

4. Get Activation Code – Activate program
Copy and Paste the Installation ID to the relevant area

Click on the “Get Activation Code” button, go back to the Activation dialog and enter the User Name and Activation Code you just got

Click on the “Activate” button to complete the activation process

Hello,
Did everything you but still can't activated the program. It say's sorry an error occured sorry for the inconvenience. Have something else to try ?

Since you still have problems,I suggest you send an email at support [AT] frameshow [DOT] com providing them any details you think that may be useful(such as screenshots of the error etc) and i am sure that the members of Photo Frame Show expert team will help you solve the problem.
