Photo size for uploading to a frame

Hello, I just joined with a "basic" membership. I tried to upload a photo of my 2 dogs to a frame and the script indicated the photo had to be 1MB or less. Do I need to purchase the "upgrade" before I can use my dog photos? Does the upgrade allow the photo to be larger than 1MB?

Unfortunately either you have basic account or pro the size limit for uploading is 1MB.So you should try something smaller:( .However i am happy that you loved our site!!!
