I just installed PFS on my computer which is running Windows Server 2008, 64bit. Fresh computer build and OS install. The machine is configured to be a software\web development workstation with all Vista features enabled, DirectX, etc installed. Latest drivers since this is a new OS install. The application ran and activated without problems but when I click to add a photo I get a critical error message. UAC is disabled and I have tried run as administrator and XP compatibility mode. The error message is pretty vague, so I'm not sure where to proceed from here.
Thanks
Donna
Hello Donna,
I am sorry to inform you that Photo Frame Show does not yet support 64-bit operating systems, but our team is currently working on a new version of Photo Frame Show that shall solve that matter. Thanks for your understanding.

Is there any timeframe on this update? I purchased this subscription a little over a month ago with the intention of installing it on my new computer, which is setup for development, multimedia and graphics. I no longer have any computer that isn't running a 64 bit Operating System since 32 bit doesn't support the memory in my computers, and I didn't see anywhere on the site that said it wouldn't run in a 64 bit OS. I have a machine with Vista as well, but again it is 64 bit. I hate the idea that this subscription will expire shortly after or even before I'm finally able to actually run and use the application.
