How do i save the frame in air version?

I have choose the frame that i want from website.but after i close the photo frame air version,all of the frame that i choose just now have disappear!!!!!! Why could it be like this?ican u give me the solution?

This seems very strange... could you please send us a detailed description of the problem, steps you are following and screenshots of any error messages you might have received to support [AT] frameshow [DOT] com?

Do you mean that you download a frame to your application, close the application, and then open it again, you look in the gallery within the application and you cant find it?

Please send us as much info so that we can have a clear view of the problem and assist you.

you can save your photo after you go to the send card and then saving the pic.
